Choosing a level of cover
Most minibus policies come in three levels. Your broker will explain what each insurer offers and what suits your minibus.
Comprehensive
Covers damage to other people and their property, plus damage to your own minibus, fire and theft.
Third party, fire and theft
Covers other people and their property, plus your minibus if it’s stolen or damaged by fire.
Third party only
Covers injury to other people and damage to their property. Damage to your own minibus isn’t covered.

How your policy works
Month policies
Our panel offers annual policies only, not short-term cover.
Flexible payment
Pay in full by bank transfer, card or cheque, or monthly subject to terms and conditions.
Days’ renewal notice
We aim to send renewal terms 14-21 days before your renewal date.
Automatic renewals
Nothing renews without your say-so. Reply to your renewal email or call us to confirm.

If the minibus is only used privately, for social trips, family outings or commuting, personal use is usually right. If it’s used by an organisation or for paying passengers, you’ll need commercial cover. If you’re unsure, call us and we’ll help.

Pay in full by bank transfer, debit or credit card, or cheque. Monthly payment plans are available subject to terms and conditions.
